I draw from several therapeutic approaches, including Attachment Theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), DIR/Floortime, and for couples, the Gottman Method and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT).
Therapy is a journey—one where you can feel truly seen and heard. It offers a space of respect, validation, curiosity, and moments of joy as you uncover your resilience. In this process, you can breathe, be yourself, and step into new possibilities. And when you’re ready, you spread your wings.

Throughout my career, I have specialized in treating grief, depression, anxiety, PTSD, and addiction. I understand the challenges that come with life’s stressors, trauma, and the struggle to cope with overwhelming emotions. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where we can work together to address these difficulties at their core.

I specialize in communication challenges, conflict resolution, intimacy concerns, premarital counseling, and family transitions. I utilize several evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), and Family Systems Therapy. I also provide neurofeedback to improve self-regulation.
I am dedicated to creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their emotions, heal past wounds, and develop healthier relationship patterns. It is my goal is to empower couples and families to build stronger, more fulfilling connections.”
Outside of therapy, I enjoy engaging in reading, skating, mindfulness practice and spending quality time with family and friends. I have been married to my best friend for 16 years and we share three beautiful children together.

I offer specialized therapies that provide lasting changes in the brain: EMDR (eye movement desensitization reprocessing) therapy, Target2zero, a modified and accelerated form of EMDR, and EEG Neurofeedback. Additionally, I am particularly dedicated to those in the LGBTQIA+ community. Hailing from the Pacific Northwest and recently moved to New England, I am an avid reader, yogi, runner, and true-crime fan. I have two children and two dogs with whom I love exploring the mountains and beaches in my free time.

Before beginning my journey as a counselor, I spent a decade working closely with youth and families as an educator and in youth programs. These experiences—along with my own background as a military child, spouse, and mother—have given me a deep understanding of the unique pressures faced by adolescents and military-connected families, and continue to shape my relational, compassionate style in the counseling room. I have a special interest in helping clients explore identity, navigate transitions, manage academic and emotional stress, and strengthen their social and emotional well-being. I believe that healthy relationships and family dynamics play a vital role in emotional health, and I aim to support clients in building strong connections, improving communication, and navigating change together.
When I’m not in session, I enjoy reading, traveling, and spending quality time with my husband, our adult children, and our dog. These everyday connections remind me of the importance of presence, purpose, and shared joy—values that inform both my life and my work.
